With the rise of social media, there is no question that the world around us is infatuated with “influencers” and gaining more “followers.” People seem to forget you become like those you follow. When left unchecked, people end up reflecting the darkness of their leader.

However, if you believe Jesus is your Lord and Savior, then you are called His disciple. What is a disciple? Though sometimes thought of as a “super Saint” or an “elite Christian,” the term disciple simply means “follower.” In other words, your salvation makes you a follower of Jesus, reflecting His light in a world of darkness.

Our hope is that as you read each of these passages, you would better understand the Jesus you follow and His call on your life. Following Jesus isn’t easy, but following Jesus is the only life worth living, so “Let’s Go!”
